Fees & RegistrationPayment Methods
Current registration form must be filled out, signed by parent or guardian, and handed in with registration fee, in order to secure a place in the class. Registration fees may be included with the first month’s tuition. Registration fees are non-refundable. DANCE LESSON FEES ARE DUE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH (SEE 8 PAYMENTS SCHEDULE) Also, our payment schedule is calculated on the number of classes per family. (ie. 2 children in the same family taking 2 classes each would be under “4 classes”). Download Form or Register Online!
PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL - If a student withdraws, it affects the entire class. Notice must be received one month prior to withdrawal. Uncashed post-dated cheques on file will be returned, but costume fee will only be returned if materials have not already been purchased.
For CASH PAYMENTS - These must be the exact amount owing and be in an envelope with detail written on the outside (ie. Student’s name, amount included, what class and what month it is for). this envelope must be handed to the teacher by the parent/guardian of the child. FESTIVAL FEE - $15 per class entry, payable to ROSEDALE VALLEY DANCE, will be collected in January. COSTUME FEE - $55 per dancer per class, must be paid to the CLASS TEACHER (not the studio), due at time of registration. This is for year end recital only. PLEASE NOTE: If there are any extra costume expenses (or shoe fees), these will be due and payable after materials have been purchased. |
Fee ScheduleNOTE: Regarding Fees for Multiple Classes - After 5 classes, fee becomes $32 per month each additional class.
SOLO: $150, DUET: $100 (each), TRIOS/OTHER: $75 (each) ***THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE COSTUME AND/OR FESTIVAL FEE***
